This hotel is nice and clean. I can’t give it more than 1 star. As luck would have it I got the one room the air conditioner didn’t work. I complained early on and was told someone would come up and fix it, Someone did come to our room while we were at dinner. It was not fixed. I went down and asked for a fan. The front desk lady said she looked for one …. But no such luck. I find that strange a hotel would not have a fan around…. Just so in case this happens to their guest. Ideal location, it is very central. I wish the AC wasn't ad noisy. The service is amazing and you get free umbrella use when it rains.
This was my 1st stay at Aloft. Was not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Set up for a younger croud but was a nice stay.
Very disappointed with my recent stay at Aloft Frisco, Texas. I am currently a Marriott Silver Elite member and had plans to continue building status with Marriott because I travel weekly for business. For context, I currently hold Diamond status with Hilton, so I spend a significant amount of time in hotels and understand that occasional issues can happen. When you show up to a hotel after a super long day and your greeted by a team member like Ms. Dallffrs sweet and welcoming demeanor you know you picked a fabulous option. The rooms are lovely. I’m super pleased with our stay
