Had a reservation with this hotel for 3 months and they decided to cancel my reservation 1 week prior to my event because they overbooked.
My family stayed this past weekend for my mom’s birthday. The first room we had was extremely hot, the front desk said he could call the maintenance man and then see if it would be easily fixed or if we needed to move rooms, I just asked if we could go ahead and move rooms. Our next room was even hotter and turns out that room had a complaint from the previous day that the ac wasn’t working but yet it was still given to us.
