My family stayed this past weekend for my mom’s birthday. The first room we had was extremely hot, the front desk said he could call the maintenance man and then see if it would be easily fixed or if we needed to move rooms, I just asked if we could go ahead and move rooms. Our next room was even hotter and turns out that room had a complaint from the previous day that the ac wasn’t working but yet it was still given to us. We stayed at Aloft Frisco this weekend July 25-July 28th to celebrate a birthday. My partner actually chose this hotel we had many options, but he read the reviews and was impressed. Although we considered other upscale hotels, we decided on this one because we like the park across the street, and I’ve stayed at Aloft before and always had great experiences with excellent customer service.
