My stay at this hotel had a few positives, notably that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. At check-in, the hotel was extremely busy, and with only two elevators available, wait times were consistently long. Additionally, parking proved to be a major inconvenience. Ok..I'm sure a lot of folks have and will stay here with absolutely no problem Great. Not so much with our group. Walking into our loft suite...it was beautiful. But the room was HOT. (Outside tems in the 90⁰s.) Why hadn't the room been cooled? We checked in earlier, room was not yet ready and they did hold our luggage. Turns out there was no air. The Aloft was in a great location. The hotel and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was very good. The bartender Jrue made amazing lemon drops. The problem at this hotel was the elevators. Only one worked for the whole hotel. You would have to wait forever for the one elevator to get there. Sometime staff used the service elevator and had to stop at each floor to see if guests were waiting. Daughter spent the weekend for a place to get ready for her wedding. Had a really cool outside view and the room was spacious for plenty of people to maneuver.
The room wasn’t ready when we got to the location. We showed up at 3:45 and we weren’t in our room until after 4:45. The elevator situation is an absolute joke. There was one working elevator for the entire hotel so getting up to our room took an additional 10 minutes and when we went to check out, 3 elevators passed that were full so I opted for the stairs down from the 10th floor.
