The room was basic but still spacious and very clean. The service at check in was wonderful the guy who checked us in was so friendly, went out of his way to help get us checked in early as we had driven a long way. It was also the perfect location to hop in an Uber to the stockyards where we had the best fun ever!!
Great location but the rooms are cavernous and not cozy. Oddly sized because it used to be offices. Terrible pillows! Shower and sink took a long time to get hot. Service not great, especially breakfast and valet. Food was decent and bar ok but there are many places to try in Sundance Square.
