Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and close to lots of attractions.. Charles checked us in and made sure to help with any and all questions we had! Very nice to have helpful staff. 5 out of 5!

This was probably one of the best stays I've had a hotel so far. The staff was always ready to help, opening the door for the pool, pulling us out of a line so we didnt have to wait, holding our luggage. The breakfast was also the best hotel food I've had so far, none of those fake powdered eggs here. Had a delicipus croissant breakfast sandwhich everyday, and enjoyed it thoroughly.
My stay at the Aloft hotel was fantastic! However, I feel as if valet services could have went a little faster & the workers could have been more attentive to us! There is an African American man with locs who was VERY respectful and attentive to me as I came and requested my vehicle. He even gave me options or street parking if I didnt want to pay. However for everyone else…? The wait was long, the workers seem more interested in what’s on there phone versus getting my vehicle in a timely manner … I had to get out of my veh... read more
