If I could rate 6 stars I would. We had an amazing stay, and Andrea at the front desk was truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We were in town for my wife’s mother’s funeral, so this was a very emotional and difficult trip for our family. Absolutely horrible. We arrived late and check in clerk barely said two words. Got to our room and floor was sticky. I thought well maybe it’s just soooo clean it left a little residue. No. Trash under table, hair all over bathroom , disgusting. Front desk clerk moved us but he was not at all apologetic about the situation. New room was clean - as far as I could see.
