Absolutely horrible. We arrived late and check in clerk barely said two words. Got to our room and floor was sticky. I thought well maybe it’s just soooo clean it left a little residue. No. Trash under table, hair all over bathroom , disgusting. Front desk clerk moved us but he was not at all apologetic about the situation. New room was clean - as far as I could see. Arrived this evening after driving for 14 hours and found that our three reserved rooms were given to other guests. After listening to lie after lie from the front desk, we were told the rooms were not clean. And at 10 pm in the evening, there was no housekeeping. Called the Bonvoy customer service line and was told we would have to drive 30 miles to find another Marriott-associated hotel. Finally, they cleaned a room and we all stayed in one room. Cleaned? This hotel does not meet the Marriott standards to which I am accustomed. Upon my arrival after a six-hour drive, I was assigned to an unclean room. The toilet was not flushed, the shower drain was lying in the shower, the bed appeared to have been slept in, and there were unpleasant odors along with smudges on the televisions and furniture. Additionally, the room was connected to another room with loud teenagers nearby. The rooms are nice, not cleaned exactly to Marriott standards. Don't stay on the bottom floor... you'll be able to hear everything from the lobby and the bar. Staff let's it go on all night, and I had to hear what sounded like a bowling alley from the second floor for 3 nights in a row. Called the front desk on the 3rd night after being awakened in the dead of night at midnight by what sounded like a hippo falling through the roof.
