Wasn't there , I was at lagos... next door. Still had a good time (birthday party). Atmosphere is great including food and drinks.
Easy in and out with valet, didn't check out garage. Staff was super friendly and easy check in and out. Conviently located to several places we were visiting, would stay here again.
The room & view were cute, I’m more so writing the review in regard to “John” at the front desk on 11/23 around 3pm. While checking in for a 1 night stay with my partner, “John” approached us in a tone as if we were bothering him, which normally wouldn’t matter to me, I understand people have bad days. He then inspected my ID and says “you’re too young to check in.” Given I’m 20, I understand many hotels have a 21+ check in policy. My husband is currently staying at this hotel and the customer service here is not up to par. Issue #1: His room was already paid for by his job and the hotel is currently trying to charge his personal card on file for the room which that card on file is used for incidentals only Issue #2: Food was ordered using Uber, after a certain time if food was delivered the courier will have to leave it at the front desk.
