Clean but soooo ugly, boring, and plain rooms!! Looks like a prison room. Lifelessness
Short staffed and therefore bad experience - wanted a shower cap and they would not provide one because they were short staffed with no housekeeping so they couldn’t go grab it for me. Breakfast was not good. No safety deposit box.
Extremely rude staff on 3rd shift. The man got frustrated and rude with me because he didn’t understand English well and couldn’t answer my question about a reservation!
The customer service alone absolutely threw me off. I called late night just to simply request a late checkout. I know it’s not guaranteed. But the man who answered was so rude. He said no late check out and I asked if he can just add the request he said “sure” and hung up. When I called back to tell him he didn’t even ask the name on the reservation to add the request, he said we disconnected. When he asks for the last name, in the middle of me spelling it; he says he has a guest and hangs up again! Ridiculous customer serv... read more
