Best aloft I've stayed at. I'm here once or twice a month, rooms are great and the staff actually cares. Location in river north is great, and having a Beatrix in the lobby means it's easy to get good food without even leaving the building (though there are enough solid options nearby that you don't have to stay in).
Room was beautiful but hard to get rest because the street noise was very loud even on 6th fl
The service here was genuine, friendly, and courteous. From check-in to check-out, I felt “looked after.” The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the west side of Chicago. Buses and metro were all within a block, as well as the Riverwalk, river cruises, and great dining options nearby. Phenomenal location in the heart of Chicago.
