A special thank-you to Soney at the front desk for her excellent service! She was so kind and welcoming and took the time to help us figure out where to go during our visit. Her friendly attitude and helpful guidance made us feel right at home. Soney made our stay more enjoyable, and I hope the hotel recognizes her for the wonderful way she treats its guests!

I luv'd the location & view. I also luv when I can open a window! Scenic walk to 'the girl &a goat'(the stringbean dish IS as good as the reviews say[fridge is in the room])! There's an Indian restaurant located arnd the corner offering a discounted lunch buffet & the hotel restaurant has happy hour specials.
This hotel has bedbugs on the 11th floor. Woke up and found them on us. Turn on the lights they scatter. Fortunately caught one and brought to desk. In another room now. Need to get all our belongings treated.
Traveled solo to Chicago for my birthday and I am really happy I chose to stay here. Upon checking in Soney and Andreanna wished me happy birthday and ensured I had a great room on the 17th floor with an amazing view overlooking the city! Once I got to my room I was even greeted with a birthday card and a bag filled with varies goodies. The location was perfect for a solo traveler and I felt very safe.
