I was there for just one night on a business trip, arrived late and check-out early in the morning. The total of 9 hours spent on the actual property but it was enough for me to come on and leave one star review. I'm a gold member and I used to also work at a Marriott property years ago so I understand the expectations. The gentleman that checked me in was rude, I asked him to look up my Marriott number and he said he couldn't do it. I know that's not true, the system allows you to search. What brought the rating down was the never-ending sirens and street noises at night (until 4am) you could hear from the 8th floor. Room was very comfortable & clean, but the noise at night was terrible. Never able to get more than 3 hours of sleep.
