Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, great location, beautiful view
I stay in a lot of hotels for work and travel frequently. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. My long haul flight was delayed due to severe weather storms in Chicago and we were in the air circling the city for a long time. I arrived, exhausted and almost 8 months pregnant to the hotel at 3.15am. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $500 dollars to make another reservation as check in closed at 3am.
