Clean, comfortable, and well organized room. The mattress was comfortable but the sheets were a little scratchy and pillows were super flat.
The rooms are very small. They need to check and change mattresses on a regular basis. The mattress smelled and had urine and blood stains. . The hallways are very very dark. I also could hear the people next to my room arguing and fighting. The rooms are overpriced and they need to conduct routine inspections.
It's so wonderful when an upscale, trendy hotel welcomes our furry family members. We are grateful to the staff and this organization for a very comfortable stay for ALL of our family!
