Someone tried to break into my hotel room. Woke me up and broke my sleep I came here after a year of training for Boston marathon and this ruined my race. Unacceptable security from this property. Not the best check in experience - highly condescending attitude from Ryan at the front desk. Chanta the duty manager was great. But the dismissive and negative attitude of Ryan makes me think whether he should even be working in hospitality.
If you want to feel like you’re staying in a hostel for $600 a night, this tragic dump is just the spot for you. No food except a cold slop trough. Thin, worn out towels, TERRIBLE pillows. SLIDING BARN BATHROOM DOORS. Marriott really sucks.
Every staff member we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. We returned late night and the to go items available worked out well. We only stayed one night, but for longer stays, they have a game room, large bar, fitness area, and steak house on site. Valet parking was easy. The king room was compact, but it had everything we needed.
