Great hotel amazing staff
I got to Boston very early because there was a comedy show that night and I’ve been following the comedian on social media for a long time. Check in isn’t until 3 but after all the walking I did I went inside at 1 because my phone was gonna die soon. I didn’t get the guys name (he’s tall, thin, short hair, maybe early 20s) but he offered me a different room with 2 queen beds vs the 1 king bed that I booked. Great location, but poor value and disappointing cleanliness I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have on a business. However, I was genuinely disappointed by my stay at Aloft Boston Seaport, especially considering the price. I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located across from my conference venue. The service was fantastic. There was a miscommunication about status perks and they went out of their way to be accommodating. Beyond what was expected or asked for. Very much appreciate the management and staff.
