Ricardo is one of the best.
Everything about this hotel was nice except the customer service. The staff have terrible communication with each other. I stayed here a week ago and lost some keys. I called twice and was told the housekeeping manager would contact me, but no one ever called or emailed me. I ended up driving 3.5 hours back to the hotel just to get answers. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff was super friendly; the housekeeping staff was helpful and attentive. The best part is that they welcome pets.
A little hot in the lobby, maybe ac needs to be worked on a bit haha. Otherwise very nice ambiance, front desk attendant Henry is very helpful and inviting. Bartenders Mayra and Ricardo definitely bring their best at the bar. Good drinks and hospitality, will come again.
