Myra and Rachel were amazing with service and answering questions, was a little disappointed they don’t have touch tunes in the lobby anymore it was fun for customers to share music preferences and personalities. and as to how I would describe the hotel, it was an amazing vibe at the bar and lobby
Pool room was cold, and water was colder, teen kids didn't get in past their ankles
Mayra(Myra) is the best! I will continue to stay at this hotel because of her specifically!
Aloft Bolingbrook is great. I stay here every time I’m in Chicago. Be sure to visit Ricardo at the bar. He’s the best!
Ricardo was phenomenal! In addition to his amazing customer service at the bar top, he was a great bartender who knew his spirits and knew how to mix. As far as the hotel goes, it’s clean, easy to navigate and straightforward. I’d 100% stay here on another business trip and appreciate the hospitality and kindness from the staff 💯
