I really don't write too many reviews but I really feel like the experience I've had I would like to inform others. I made my reservation through my Bonvoy app 2 hrs. prior to my arrival. When i got the hotel the front desk clerk said he can't find my reservation in the system. I drove over an hour to get to the property and come to find out they can't even get me a room. I showed him my confirmation number as well. He didn't even try to call Bonvoy customer service to resolve the issue at all. He kept saying he can't do any... read more
I used to be a frequent member but the repeated WiFi issues have severely hindered my willingness to come to this hotel again. I came to this hotel 5 weeks straight and 3 weeks out of 5 we never had any WiFi. On top of this, the girl at the front desk got super defensive when I politely raised the WiFi issues. She refused to acknowledge any major issues despite THERE NOT BEING ANY WIFI WHILE WE WERE TALKING! As a Marriott member, I’m never coming here again and taking my business elsewhere, probably IHG.
