Clean, quiet. Staff super nice. Rooms were a nice design. Bar has great options. Great for a quick work stay.
I stat in Cleveland often and am always pleased with my experience at this location. I needed to do laundry and had no cash on hand, but the ladies Mckenzie and Sherice helped get me get it squared up. Polite staff and has a pool table.
We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament with our team. Kallee made the process of planning and organizing the weekend very easy, which we really appreciated when coordinating a large group. There were a couple of small issues during our stay. One family arrived around 8pm and their room had not been cleaned, but the staff quickly moved them to another room.
