My husband and I stayed at ALO weeken I had a procedure performed at UCI. Receptionist was very friendly and informative. Rooms are clean, smelled nice, were comfortable and room was quiet. Bathroom was adequate and very clean.
From the moment I walked into the hotel, Jerealdi at the front desk made me feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness wasn’t part of a script — it was real. She greeted me with warmth, patience, and a smile that honestly changed my whole day. Excelente room service, housekeeping perfecto, check in rapidísimo, no es la primera vez que visito y me voy como siempre con una muy buena experiencia!
This hotel is just as good as any higher end Marriott, or Hilton Brand. Will definitely stay here when we come back.
