I truly believe that Alo Health has saved my health and my sanity. I had severe acid reflux ( I would wake up every night from choking in my sleep), constant heart palpitations, a general sense of feeling foggy and disconnected, and anxiety related to these issues. I received education, digestive enzymes and loving support from the Alo Health team. I am now sleeping soundly and no longer experience any of the above mentioned symptoms. I am forever grateful.
