Alo Health has helped me with my thyroid. When I first started coming my thyroid was higher than the normal ranges. I started the recommended supplements and diet from the women there and after 3 months my thyroid levels were in normal range and I was feeling much better. Tracy has been amazing with answering all my questions and educating me about all the things about digestion that I didn’t know were so important. I carry all my stress internally and after some supplements I have taken it has diminished almost all of my bloating and a lot of daily pain. I feel over all healthier and I feel like my body is working the way it should.
