I am sad that the company is shutting down this Austin highway location and NOT relocating their staff?! They are the best? the staff here has been so nice and helpful for the past couple of years. Not only are they nice and professional but they really care and are patient with the kids... It's a clean facility, and organized so it's never too packed. I don't know what to do. This is the second and last time I will be taking my kids here. The staff and Dr. are so rude!!! The first time I took my kids I brushed it off thinking they were probably having a bad day. Well, come today I take my kids for a “follow-up appointment” and we had the same experience! Don’t bring your kids here!!!

They deny seeing you at all times and if you call to try and make an appt they always say their system is down do not come here staff is extremely rude and will deny you a visit even if your kids are sick

My family loves this location! Everyone here is upbeat, friendly and welcoming to the kids and our family. We also feel like our concerns as parents are heard and taken into consideration.
