Absolutely love Jessica the doctor she’s amazing with my kids! But the receptionist are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I go over there or call it’s always an issue with the receptionist. They always have attitude.
I was ready to register my daughter, but they wouldn't accept her because of her visual impairment. The receptionist was very attentive and kind, but if your child has a disability, don't waste your time.
This morning the lady in the front was really rude, my wife took our girls to be seen by the doctor and only one person was in the waiting room and she said they couldn’t be seen. Probably be the last time we take our kids here!!
I've been taking my son to Almouie since he was an infant, and he just had his 6 year check up last week. They've always done a good job. The staff is always friendly. It's very easy to call and set up an appointment, even if it's last minute sometimes. The doctors are always patient and kind. We've never had a bad experience.
