The Dr and the front staff obviously don’t have a connection. My son has a fracture and I still can’t get a referral. Front desk is doing the bare minimum for the patient.

My child's appointment was at 930. We were put in a room around 945. But I was not ever seen. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room. I literally had to walk out and leave without my child being seen because 1.) I was going to be late for work. 2.) Had I known they were not honor the appointment system and see other patients after my scheduled time, I wouldn't have come to location in the first place. While the NP is friendly and is attentive to the issue at hand, I feel the office and process are very unorganized. The NP (on Thursday afternoon) ordered an ultrasound and lab work for my child Stat and told me I could just walk in to kidstop at any time as it is in the ER. I was going to take her in first thing Saturday as she had to be fasting and didn't want to miss her first class Friday.
