staff is great EXCEPT they go outta their way to schedule your appointment so far into the future and then give you a print out to confirm.. JUST SO THEY CAN CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT A REASON OR NOTICE…. This has been going on for a few months now.. it go so bad they told me I showed up for a wrong appointment.. and I had proof of the original appointment. Dr. Hawkins was very nice and approachable, super fast annual check up. Most of the staff was ok, one of them was rude, no patient skills unfortunately so that brought my score to a 3.5 overall.
Went in for a wellness check up for my son as new patient. The ladies in the front office, the nurses & the doctor. We're very thorough & very friendly & patient. Didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely will continue going here.
