The worst customer service ever the fact that they can not address me by name despite the many many requests to not call me mom. We have waited almost 2 months for a referral and nothing. They even mixed my son up with someone else which tells me they have paperwork all over the place and not in proper folders. SMH

I don't recommend the facility in Calallen. I take my daughter there and 99% of the time I get attitude thrown at me Everytime I go in from the ladies at the desk. and half of the time, no one knows why my daughter is sick...kind of like well I have no idea, it could be this, or that, or whatever...or they tell me she has one thing, and then oops nope it's something totally different. been thinking about changing Drs
Very disappointed with their services today! I had to call the on-call twice before getting a call back and then he sounded annoyed when he finally called back. He referred me to the Callalen office and they told me to wait till Monday. I run an office that also is responsible for on call services to the elderly, and I would not accept this in my business.
