I would not recommend this realtor at all after my experience with her!!! I have some real concerns about her business practices. I contacted Shelly Crane to help me buy a specific property in Abilene that was listed with another realtor. I made an offer Friday afternoon and put earnest money down. The sellers later made a counter offer through their agent after business hours and while I was at work. I told Mrs. Crane I wanted to think about the counter offer and to see the house again Monday plus we were still waiting ... read more
After my experience with this realtor, I would not recommend her to anyone!!! I have some real concerns about her business practices and she has had a complaint filed against her with the Better Business Bureau.
Shelly worked very hard to find right house for me. She researched homes in price range and was very frank about faults as well as high points. She is easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. Very important when working with so many different personalities. I highly recommend her for your real estate agent.
