I would not recommend this realtor at all after my experience with her!!! I have some real concerns about her business practices. I contacted Shelly Crane to help me buy a specific property in Abilene that was listed with another realtor. I made an offer Friday afternoon and put earnest money down. The sellers later made a counter offer through their agent after business hours and while I was at work.
