We ordered the half chicken bone-in fried chicken. It was good, but the chicken pieces were very, very small, like maybe the size of chicken fingers. Other than the leg and a wing, you couldn’t even tell what the chicken parts were. Seriously, it was like a cornish hen size chicken. Glad we got a couple sides or it wouldn’t have been enough food for two people.
We stopped by Craft Burger for lunch and had a great meal. The chicken sandwiches were generously sized, with plenty of juicy chicken and flavorful, savory sauces that really made them stand out. The fries were also crispy and delicious. The menu offers a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, and other options, so there’s something for everyone. Very good experience overall - would definitely recommend. A buddy invited me here today for lunch and it’s like 2 restaurants in one. You can get burgers or chicken - both branded by Shane but no sign on the outside. Odd. The chicken was fresh and tasty - but it’s a first for me to get half a chicken that equates to 7 pieces. This is actually “craft burger by Shane”. I spent 20 minutes trying to find this place and no one would Answer the phone. There is no markings on the outside of the buildings, letting you know that this is where you’re supposed to go
