One girl was very rude. It was 6pm and we're told that it was gonna be an hour and half wait to get a peicing bc she had one peircing ahead of us then was planning on taking a break. They close at 8pm. She was more concerned about taking a break than doing buisness.
I went in for a nose piercing and to be honest the service wasn’t bad at all. But the reason why I am giving a low rating is because when I originally got pierced the piercer put in a hoop and said I should be fine with the swelling but a few days later the hoop was too small and it hurt so I called and made an appointment to get it replaced. And they CHARGED me for this…. I was so confused and frustrated as to why I had to pay for the jewelry and the swap when it was their mistake.
I loved my piercer and I visit her frequently to switch out my piercings. She’s lovely. I will be returning for another piercing.
