I went in for a nose piercing and to be honest the service wasn’t bad at all. But the reason why I am giving a low rating is because when I originally got pierced the piercer put in a hoop and said I should be fine with the swelling but a few days later the hoop was too small and it hurt so I called and made an appointment to get it replaced. And they CHARGED me for this…. I was so confused and frustrated as to why I had to pay for the jewelry and the swap when it was their mistake.
I loved my piercer and I visit her frequently to switch out my piercings. She’s lovely. I will be returning for another piercing.

They are great at what they do, very professional, and they make the process very simple and comfortable. Not to mention they will change out your jewelry for you free of charge!
