It is IMPOSSIBLE to put the jewelry back in your nose once you take it out to clean it. I bought this because they had a real diamond but when I took it out to clean it, the only way to get it back in your nose is to go in and pay 15 dollars for them to put it back in and they do NOT give refunds. Dont waste your money or prepare to keep it in your nose forever.
