if you use this company beware of their billing practices. They will bill you private pay during regular pay. Will also try to double bill you.
If Jackie Diaz is still the Danbury manager, then run…don’t walk…to another agency. She got rid of a most excellent home aide & made the client miserable after the clients daughter involved her in a false smear campaign. She didn’t care about the client, who was a good friend of mine. She actually lied to her, then got her a sub par aide she didn’t like. I hope the corporation wised up & replaced Diaz with someone with integrity.
