Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never showed up! I planned my pick up 3 weeks ago and today on the day of my colonoscopy, I kept on calling their office and they picked up and told me that a woman driver would be on the way. They were supposed to be at my home at 1:00 p.m. and never showed. I am a combat war veteran and I gave them plenty of time to be on time. This office stole my money from the honest work whit my case, nobody answer and nobody make nothing about this situation, IAM WAITING 3 months and NOTHING, I DONT HAVE ANY QUESTION THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE AND LIES
Hired them thru Humana .Person came with another car and 2 strange men who she claims where her friends. They looked shady and no way would I allow them in my home. I asked her to leave and called her agency she lied and told them she has no car and they were droping her off that was a lie she was in 1 SUV and they were in another called police and made a report as they looked like they were looking to rob me. Stay away from this company
I am so grateful for the care this team as given my family. The office staff was attentive and gave outstanding customer service. When the help came in my home, each one of them were professional, compassionate and dependable. They walked me through step by step of the process and we felt they truly cared.
