Dr Jim is the most empathetic and calm dentist I have ever met. He is the best thing that ever happened to my teeth!! He understands anxiety and has been so accepting of my "personality quirks". Have been happily going to Dr Jim for years. Dr Jim has treated me with utmost compassion throughout the past 10+ years where I had two accidents that caused my teeth to fracture or break.
