Almondwood is in a very convenient location, with CVS, Save Mart, and Safeway nearby. The community is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The management team is also very responsive; maintenance requests are typically answered quickly and often resolved the same day.
I had a great experience living at Almondwood Apartments. The community offers excellent amenities, including a large swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a community center, a study hall, and plenty of on-site parking. I especially want to thank the leasing office and the maintenance team for always being helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Shout-out to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I truly appreciate all your support!
These guys are absolutely terrible, we had friends next door and rented for them for two years, left the space spotless and they still took our entire deposit. Avoid at all costs!
