I had a great experience living at Almondwood Apartments. The community offers excellent amenities, including a large swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a community center, a study hall, and plenty of on-site parking. I especially want to thank the leasing office and the maintenance team for always being helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Shout-out to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I truly appreciate all your support!
These guys are absolutely terrible, we had friends next door and rented for them for two years, left the space spotless and they still took our entire deposit. Avoid at all costs!
I have been a resident at Almondwood for the past 4 years and I must say that it has been a very positive experience overall! The regular events hosted, the free parking, responsiveness from the property management and quick turnaround time for maintenance requests (within an hr or two usually) are definitely huge reasons for my prolonged stay with Almondwood. I really enjoyed living at Almondwood. The location was perfect, with Safeway, restaurants, and bus lines all close by. Management was excellent, and the maintenance team was responsive and reliable whenever something came up. The pool area was always kept clean, and the resident events were a nice bonus that made the community feel welcoming. Special thanks to Janna Lucas from the management company for going above and beyond for me recently!
