I have been a resident at Almondwood for the past 4 years and I must say that it has been a very positive experience overall! The regular events hosted, the free parking, responsiveness from the property management and quick turnaround time for maintenance requests (within an hr or two usually) are definitely huge reasons for my prolonged stay with Almondwood. I really enjoyed living at Almondwood. The location was perfect, with Safeway, restaurants, and bus lines all close by. Management was excellent, and the maintenance team was responsive and reliable whenever something came up. The pool area was always kept clean, and the resident events were a nice bonus that made the community feel welcoming. Special thanks to Janna Lucas from the management company for going above and beyond for me recently!

Lived here for 3 years while I attended UC Davis and it was great: the management team was always willing to help and always responded to emails; the location was great, with access to Safeway/Savemart, other food lovations, and there were always available bus stops in front and nearby; the community was also enjoyable as management would occasionally host events with food and prizes to unite everyone (ive won a nesspresso machine); the amenities were also helpful and always clean/safe.
