Great place to rent a storage unit. As a single female I have always felt safe when visiting my storage unit. Each unit has its own alarm & gated entry. Its very clean & well lit. After being at my last place for over 20 yrs I was happy to finally be able to move my things closer. Being a survivor of the Camp Fire and with my mom recently passing away I needed a xlrg unit. The manager Lacy is absolutely the best. She has gone above and beyond to help since the new takeover, actually even before she made adjustments for my payment to be made easily when I'm out of the country and here. She has always been very pleasant and helpful. Definitely the best storage experience I've had.
The storage just changed to new management and they thought it would be nice to raise rates 50%. Will be canceling our unit soon. This is after dealing with incapable staff for way too long.
Accomodating and professional service. But with exorbident rental rates. A $60% increase.
If I could give zero stars I would. They just took ownership in February and it’s been nothing but problems from communication issues, to adding new charges without any adequate notice (2 days before being charged), to my rate going from $91 to $140 one month after taking ownership with less than a month of notice.
