Totally love this Dr. He has great bedside manner always takes the time to answer my questions and listen to my griping, I have always left the office feeling secure & safe with the results to correct my problems. Staff in clinic are great
After being seen by military doctors for the last decade, it’s really nice to go to a doctor that listens and genuinely cares about his patients.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Toledo for about a year and a half since moving to Jax. Initially we were happy with the service, as he does give you plenty of time when at his office, although expect to be seen late. Since December him and the office have seemed really off their game. Not responding to messages in EPIC, not responding to calls to the office where I left messages for him. I had a 330 appointment arrived at 300. I wasn't seen till 440. I was getting tired and sleepy. The receptionist told me it was a 30 min delay. However, I met with Dr. Toledo I was like my God he taking forever. Ever the less it was worth the wait he was knowledgeable, he was very attentive. He went through my chart as far back as he could and ask questions about pass and present illnesses. He was very concerned regarding my health. I have been seeing Dr. Toledo for years. He has literally been the greatest doctor I have seen in a long time and would HIGHLY recommend this doctor to anyone. He is very smart, hands on, and hilarious. I swear my blood pressure goes down when I enter his office. I highly suggest him as your PCP.
