Five star for customer service and time consciousness. Was loading up at Meridian, MS when I noticed a trailer tire had an issue. Either developed omw to receiver or I missed it on PreTrip. Anyhow, I called around for service and landed at TOTAL PACKAGE. Mr. Harris responded and in I went to the shop. At the shop, professionalism is all you find. He even offered a better tire for a replacement. In and out of shop within an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop. NB: the new address is on 101 Russell Drive, Meridian, MS.
