I called them because I had a bee's nest at my basement entrance that was keeping the contractors from installing my new heater. The technician/owner came out and was very gruff. He said he could spray them for 100 dollars. Ok. I am desperate as the contractors needed to complete the heater installation, so I agree. He agrees to spray and wait around to make sure any stranglers are taken care of.
