I scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago to get nail extensions and pedicure but when I got there they didn’t have my appointment and they only offered to do pedicure. So unprofessional and disappointing service

Horrible service from multiple staff members today. Never going back. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. You can get way nicer nails for a better price at other salons in the city. Very disappointing.
Was a terrible experience. She was so rough filing and ripping my cuticles off. Was horrible. Then she cut me with the nail file. I was bleeding and she carried on. And for a week after my finger was in such pain and had to bandage up for 2 weeks till it healed. I hope the Owner reads this. Never again will I go to this location :(
