I don't understand why, while my mom was getting her nails done, the Chinese staff kept emphasizing that she had to leave on time, forcing my mom to choose a nail color very quickly. They also said it should have been applied three times, but only twice. I've had my nails done here many times, and the service has always been excellent. This made my mom's experience very unpleasant.
Booked online gel removal and shellac manicure but they couldn’t do it as there wasn’t enough time? (I had tips on but thought I booked appropriately) no solution was given. Very frustrated as I needed these done for an event. Poor customer service and confusing online booking experience. Very disappointing and I definitely won’t be back.
