Staff was very easy to talk to about what I wanted. They checked my opinion often. When I booked the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I had a leg wax followed by a pedicure. Both women seemed to take pride in their work and it showed. After I left, I realized that my mental math was only a 10% tip, and they definitely deserved more. My mistake.
