My kids, recently had their cleanings with hygienists Nhia and Chirag at Almond Dental, Maple Grove. It was our first visit there. The clinic is clean and modern. I like it a lot. The experiences my kids had were excellent. The hygienists were patient, kind, and very thorough, making sure the kids felt comfortable the entire time. When you put me and dental work needed in the same category it's a complete HELL NO!, but i put my big girl pants on and went ahead to my appointment. After 3 extractions and partial replacement in such a short time, I was shock and surprised beyond measures. Dr. A. And her team Was awesome! She has reinstated my faith in the dental process. Totally happy with her technique and work. Almond dental is a yes for me and I recommend them for every one, children too. Ill be back!
I had a great appointment with Dr. Ayad! During each visit, he takes care to talk me through each step of the appointment, providing advice and recommendations to care for my dental health, and answers any questions or concerns I have. I appreciate his patient and caring approach to dental care, which is something I haven’t always experienced with other dentists. If you’re looking for a good dentist who will take good care of you, I can’t recommend Dr. Ayad enough!
This was literally the best experience that I've ever had at the dentist. Such care taken to be gentle. So much explained in detail. So deeply polite. The offices and tools are very modernized. I'm not going anywhere else.
So apparently, even after getting a text schedule from them a week ago, calling back to confirm, and making sure both sides were scheduled, they still “can’t find” my appointment on the actual day. And instead of fixing their mistake, they just tell me they can’t squeeze me in. Their brilliant solution? Come back in October to get the other side cleaned, when I already had one side done back in August.
