Marco is very thorough with his inspections and takes the time to explain what he sees. I highly recommend him!
Don’t use them for home buyer inspections. They include super high prices to treat and fix on the report instead of putting that on a separate page and it can kill your home selling/ buying deal.
Wouldn’t use anyone else!
