I was on vacation and broke my iPhones screen after I fell out of my pocket. I took it here to get it replaced as id need my phone for my drive back home. To my surprise, Michael was able to fix my iPhone within 20 minutes and even guaranteed his work! I told him that I live out of state and asked how the warranty would work and he told me it’s not a problem and I could just ship the phone to him if anything happens! This is was you call great customer service!

A+++++! I'm always a little wary choosing a new repair shop, for anything, and I feel lucky to have found this place - Mike is very trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable. He was able to give my laptop a total makeover, when my friends were telling me to just get rid of it and get something newer. (Which would've easily cost hundreds more than Mike charged to fix it all up.) It works perfectly, and I'll go to Mike for anything else I need in the future! Thanks!

I recently purchased a Groupon to have my phone fixed. Upon calling when I arrived, a gentleman answered and I proceeded To tell him I was outside because the door was locked. I told him I purchased a Groupon and he proceeded to say we’re not taking payment through Groupon but will honor the price. Got my iphone screen fixed here for a very reasonable price. Michael helped me with the issue and was very courteous. Despite his looks, he was very kind and gentle. I am glad I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for my iphone screen repair and they explained the different qualities in screens. Will be back!
