Best and most professional Dr I have ever been too
Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else.
Answer your phones. If they can’t do that, their care is just the same.
This doctor, or one the associates, does not pay attention to the patients. He only hears what he wants to hear. He spends the time dictating to his microphone, not to say that he was telling his views based in reading the folder from another patient. It also happened when trying to defend themselves from not responding timely on an insurance issue. Nonetheless, he accused me of "not stepping up to the plate" regarding my mother's care.
