Cheryl seemed great in the beginning of our reverse mortgage. But after talking to Paulette, the "loan guru" and going over the numbers we were ghosted. Cheryl said, she would call me the next day. When the time came, she texted, I got hung up on a call, can I call you later? Answer was yes please. Never heard from her again.
