My family has been going here for over 30 years. Both my mom and grandma recommended that I come here for my wedding band. Yury was easy to work with. After I placed my order he brought in two slightly different rings and let me choose which one I liked better when I picked it up. That extra effort was incredibly helpful. My wife and I got our wedding rings here and the service was excellent. We've since come back to purchase other jewelry and always been more than satisfied with how supportive and knowledgeable the owner is.
I had a great experience here fixing my necklace! Daniel is fantastic and really explained what was needed to fix the broken chain. It’s very dainty and when it was broken previously, a different jeweler just soldered the pieces together and made it look a little weird. He explained that there was a way to fix it without making it look strange and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m very glad I came here!!
I highly recommend Almaz; specifically thanks to the above and beyond service I received from Yury. I took a ring I inherited from my mom that she had custom made using heirloom diamonds to Yury at Almaz. I wanted to take out the diamonds to keep and scrap the gold. Although I made the mistake of taking this to a different jeweler first who absolutely butchered the job and chipped basically every diamond he removed (5 of the 6 he removed, out of 12 diamonds), Yury finished the job quickly and with care.
