We had to cancel 2 hair appointments for a wedding, and tried to get the money $130 back since the wedding is 3 weeks away. When called the lady informed me that she gave the money back to the bride, without confirming with us first Is that how you do business. Wow, just wow. Then the bride turned around to give our money back to the hair dresser for their travel fees. So glad not part of the wedding or using this place of business.
