What an incredibly honest and knowledgeable man! We had Mark attend to various appliance situations over the years so he was our go-to tecnician. Called regarding a "dead" dishwasher and Mark quickly had an answer for the issue, albeit complex and rather costly. Trusting Mark's knowledge, his honesty with projected repair cost coupled with a lengthy wait for parts, we opted for a new appliance. Thank you Mark!

Mark is a real professional. He knew that I was having company and that my oven wasn't working. He came to repair it evem though he was still at the end of his medical leave. He is not only very responsible, he is a caring human being.
