This was my first time at OBGYN Specialists in Burnsville. Everyone I encountered from the front desk, nurses and lab were wonderful. I came specifically to the clinic because I wanted to re-establish my patient care with Courtney James. I had seen her for several years at a clinic in Apple Valley. It was so lovely to see her again because she is personable, relatable, professional and everything she recommends works. Thank you always for exceptional care. It was a day maker!

I established care here just before getting pregnant. My whole experience was overall good. I think it would’ve been better had I been seeing Dr. Shibley or Dr. Witta for all of my visits! - Dr. Witta was my preferred doctor but she was due with her baby the day before me. I met Dr. Shibley when I was in labor because he was the on call doctor. I had a great experience with him! I just started going to this clinic because I followed my PC from a different clinic. Claire Rathburn is thorough and really considers the patient as a whole person in her care. She will order the tests or bloodwork necessary to either find answers or at least alleviate concerns. She takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I cannot recommend her enough!
I have been a patient for over 15 years and this practice has taken a nose dive. I arrived for my apt. 15 minutes early to make sure that all paperwork was filled out etc. I waited 5-10 minutes to even have a receptionist show up. I brushed that off because it was near the lunch hour. Then, when she did check me in I was called "honey and sweetheart" over and over vs my name. Again, not a deal breaker.
