Almar properties is possibly the worst rental agency I have ever worked with in northwest Ohio. Two years in a row, I found housing I was interested in, and then the properties were rented to others, despite being told I was first on the list, and there were no other applicants. Last year this happened and I had already submitted my application and application fee!
