Rude – At first was very pleased that they were able to do the appraisal/inspection so quickly. However, 48 following appraisal I called to verify if they had the opportunity to send the report to the lender (in purchasing properties, one needs to really be on top of things to ensure stuff isn't "lost" or didn't get faxed therefore avoiding unnecessary delays), at which point they were extremely rude, and said they would only communicate with the lender.
