I love this place!! Came down here on a Friday afternoon to get our awning looked at, the awning was broken it needed a new motor. Chris the owner was professional and a delight to deal with!! Pleasant and prompt. He addresses the issues and Juan was the mechanic that went above and beyond to paint the replacement motor that was black to white to match our existing motor. Seems like a decent shop but they had my trailer a week past when I was told it would be completed and they didn’t do the work it was brought in for. Chris the owner seemed to have no care in the world that they didn’t get throngs done
This was my first visit Almaden RV. I only just dropped my RV off for repairs yesterday morning. I believe in business first impressions are huge, and Chris and his staff there an awesome job making me feel like they had everything under control.
Had an air-conditioner issue and my usual authorized Fleetwood repair person was unable to fit me in until November. Chris and the crew fit me in much sooner and got the repairs done as quickly as possible. The crew is extremely helpful and very friendly.
The owners treat their employees just like family!!! You definitely don’t see this kind of management nowadays
