They fired most of their actual workforce on a Monday with no prior notice because they couldn’t keep work lined up. gave the team zero notice so that none of them were able to extract their PTO they had earned. No notice to find another job. Made all but two of their workers use their own vehicles and tools. No dumpsters; horribly messy and disorganized job sites.
