Nice staff however received a pretty unprofessional job on an underarm wax. Bruised armpits and lots of hair left over. I’ve been waxing for years, and haven’t seen this before. Wouldn’t book again.
Never coming back here again. I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff were. Two women repeatedly commented on my weight while I was there for a service, which was completely inappropriate, unnecessary, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff was nice (aside from unprompted comment about how big my pores are), but possibly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, two nails cut way too short, messy cuticle, streaky polish and inaccurate appointment times, was supposed to be half an hour but left 50 minutes later after needing to leave. My fingertips have topcoat still caked on.
Hiba is incredible! My feet have never felt this soft, and my brows look so fresh and perfectly shaped. I can’t recommend this salon enough. It’s such a game-changer not having to sit through harsh chemicals while getting your nails done. I also picked up a few products, and I’m completely obsessed with them! Thanks again Hiba
