Nice 1 bedroom apt with air conditioning. Beautiful garden in back of bldg. Not much parking 22 spots for about 40 apts. Ive lived there since it was 1st opened in 2013..The only issues are the dog owners in neighborhood let their dogs deposit right up close to our windows and dont clean up.
Great place for living.
Terrible environment to live in. Two old ladies are on guard for the garden out back and seem to spend all their free time yelling at anyone that walks by saying that it’s private property and nobody can walk into the area whether they know if you’re a resident or not. Even saw them yell at a mom and child for standing outside the fence and looking in. Beware -They are increasing rents 33% as of Nov. 2022. This was on KGW news tonight Sept. 13, 2022. New rents will be $1300 plus.
