Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Dr. Buckner The last appointment with Dr. Buckner was per usual far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions about their healthcare providers. From the moment I entered the clinic I could feel the vibe that some of the staff at the front desk were notably rude. Just started seeing this pediatrician. She was thorough and took her time with us and the nurse was wonderful as well. The ladies at the front desk are really kind and efficient too. I missed my appointment and jasmine was super nice about it and rescheduled us quickly.
She was my pediatrician as a child. She is also the pediatrician of my children. She is very knowledgeable and personable.
Got scheduled for an appt but Doctor refused to see us because it was past 4:15.
