After a multitude of contact attempts, including missing a call from them and with 4 immediate callback attempts, no answer, I still had to wait a couple days to finally intercept their call. Their dealer fees are astronomical, so I tried to gain insight on why once I finally could talk to someone. $1,000 Doc Fee on top of electronic filing fee??! I highly recommend this dealership. Alex was our salesman. He was wonderful and made us feel so welcome. He took extra time to make sure that we found the perfect car in our price range. The whole staff was wonderful.

Best car buying experience I ever had
They called me almost 15 times between 2 days and tried to make appointment to see the car. But when i accept they keep continue calling me and asked that am i coming or not. And after i got 120 miles drive only for visiting them, they told me unfortunately i cannot see the car because their stuff is not working that day. They didn’t help me. And i lost my time and money. It was the worst dealership i have visited in my entire life.

I filled out the prequalified application through Cargurus and I was told the dealership would Need to verify my income, insurance and a couple other things. The dealership contacted me fairly quickly. They wanted me to fill out another credit application because they said they couldn’t find my information that was sent to them. We went back and forth for about a day or so and then the car was sold.
