I was supposed to have a first visit today, Sone yung girl was banging on my door yesterday, when I opened, She was looking for a Edward, I told her my name is not Edward, and asked who she was, She said she was from Alma, and said "My name is Edward. I told her NO, and shut the door. Called Alma, and after some English problems, they connected me to a Manager, I just told them to cancel, don't want their services.

I would never let one of my loved ones be cared for by this company not because of its caregivers but because of its managment this has to be hands down one of the worst places a person coould work for my wife worked for them for over a year and recently quit her job because she couldn't take the complete disregard and lack of respect they show towards employees
