We met her when my husband was at lutheran general. She is so smart and kind. Her bedside manner was just what we needed. I wish she wasn't a hospital Doctor and I could make her my regular Doctor. She is so knowledgeable about nutrition as well.

How incredible dr. Alma is! She was going through something very personal, yet she cared for me like I was her family! She was looking out for my best interest and was applying gentle pressure on surgeons to get me the treatment I needed. And was she right! I’m so thankful. I know nowadays I shouldn’t maybe mention this, as women need to be strong and smart, no matter what they look like, but she is also so beautiful, inside and out. Thank you for all you do and I hope she will come out strong with her own health issue.

I was diagnosed with cancer just a month ago. Dr. A. wanted to make sure I was not alone when she told me. She was there holding my hand and holding back her own tears. She even came back the same day to see me again, so she can break the news to the rest of the family. She continued the work up and got all the top notch specialists to help me. When you are short of breath and you think you are going to die, having a good doctor can make a world of difference! The whole experience at Lutheran was great, they took good care of me. I was feeling so much better the very next day. She explained everything, I always knew what the plan was. She really helped me, I feel like a new person.

My mother-in-law was recently at Lutheran General Hospital and Dr. Arslanagic was her doctor. She spent time with us, answering endless questions, was so patient and really nice. She had a team of residents and students that she was teaching while taking care of my mother-in-law. I thought she was just excellent and attentive. My MIL walked out of the hospital and we thought she could have died at one point in time. Really good care. Also, we loved working with dr. Scott Miller.
